Quality Weld Inspector

$23-$26/hr

Job Description

We seek candidates with experience in stainless steel welding, AWS CAWI (Certified Associate Weld Inspector) certification, or previous experience as a Quality Supervisor (for welding).

Position Summary

Ensures the quality and integrity of all parts and assemblies for all products released for manufacturing. Maintain internal quality standards by approving or rejecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, and documenting the results. Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Inspect and identify welded parts for defects

• Identify coated product issues and document nonconformance

• Read and manipulate various metrology devices

• Calibrate basic measuring devices

• Perform and document incoming inspections

• Conduct duties in a safe and effective manner

• Ensure process owners complete required documentation

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 180 Day(s).

First Shift:

6am-3:30pm

Monday-Friday

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.
