Your Job:

In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Team Leader RT is primarily responsible for the technical and operational functions of the department including, but not limited to, leadership of frontline staff in achieving the clinical and administrative goals of the department.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program

• Current license in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) by the state of Texas

• Current Basic Life Support certification required

• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required

• NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire

• Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board

• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care

Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County.
