We are looking to add a Staff Attorney to our team in Dallas, Texas.. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. In this position, you will handle a variety of legal tasks, including litigation and class action, as well as claim administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation for various litigation cases

• Handle class action lawsuits efficiently

• Manage claim administration processes diligently

• Work with the legal team to prepare and present arguments in court

• Conduct legal research to support case preparation

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and industry trends

• Collaborate with other staff attorneys to streamline legal processes

• Assist with other dockets as required

• Ensure all legal documents and procedures comply with laws and regulations

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding case progress

Requirements • Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in the state

• Demonstrated experience in Claim Administration

• Proven expertise in Litigation

• Specialized knowledge in Litigation - Class Action

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with legal research tools

• Ethical conduct and demeanor

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
