Robert Half is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our respective client! We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about accounting and thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing documentation and answering inquiries as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

CPA certification or working towards CPA eligibility is preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounting or related roles.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
