Job Description

Join our team to build complex electro-mechanical assemblies used in robotics, microchip manufacturing apparatus, and custom integrated systems. This full-time position requires working from 6 AM to 2:30 PM , Monday to Friday with optional overtime. The initial pay is $19 per hour. Your daily responsibilities include achieving product and build quantity goals, using provided parts and tools, pulling up necessary prints and drawings, and performing mechanical and electrical assembly at your bench station. You will also be responsible for using quality inspection instruments to check build tolerances.

Hard Skills

• Technical assembly experience

• Experience reading assembly drawings and prints

• Proficiency with hand and power tools such as impact drivers, manual and electric screwdrivers, and T-Handle Allen wrenches

• Experience reading metric and standard tape measures

• Experience using calipers and micrometers

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dayton, Ohio.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled cleanroom environment with a team size of 14-16 members. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirts.
