About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and driven go-to-market leader to develop and execute the commercial strategy for a new product offering for CounselLink. This individual will be responsible for defining the product's pricing, packaging, positioning, target market, and metrics for success.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs and behaviors to inform new product strategy

• Define optimal pricing and packaging for new product launch that balances value perception and profit margins

• Work with marketing to develop messaging and positioning that clearly communicates product benefits and differentiates from competitors

• Identify target customer segments and buyer personas; map customer journey to inform marketing and sales strategy

• Work with product to influence roadmap and secure additional capital funding, as needed

• Partner with marketing, sales, services, and product teams to build integrated launch plans

• Set clear metrics for launch success and ROI; track performance against targets and optimize accordingly

• Create comprehensive launch project plans encompassing activities, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional team roles

• Continuously monitor market response, competitive activity, and economic conditions to refine strategies post-launch

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in strategy or commercial leadership roles

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making

• Excellent communication and influence skills to collaborate across departments

• Entrepreneurial spirit, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity

• Strategic thinker with ability to balance short- and long-term tradeoffs

• Proficiency in marketing analytics and market research techniques

• Experience with pricing and packaging
