The Law360 Client Manager will be responsible for renewing our Law360 corporate subscriptions, as well as uncovering opportunities for subscription and user upgrades. The Client Manager will work with the various internal sales and support teams to ensure a favorable customer experience.Among the Client Managers key functions will be to promote product and subscription awareness, as well as increase readership through regular client outreach and relationship development efforts. ​

The Client Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will work together on innovative strategies to maximize renewal outcomes, as well as productive ways to strengthen relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting point of sales goals within assigned accounts and revenue goals within region

  • Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client

  • Owning the overall health and status relationship with the customer

  • Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close

  • Promoting a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization

  • Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services

  • Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression

  • Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Display proven B2B subscription-based renewals experience

  • Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams

  • Display functional knowledge of negotiation process

  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment

  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications
