Facility:Work From Home - OhioDepartment:Revenue IntegritySchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The revenue integrity manager oversees the revenue integrity and chargemaster analysts. The position oversees both the HB and PB revenue integrity related issues. Proactively educates clinical departments and provides feedback related to charge capture and billing requirements. Build relationships and facilitates communication with core departments. Follows up on outstanding unbilled accounts to identify, remedy and trend causes for billing delays and positively impact unbilled accounts receivable. This position creates a multidisciplinary team to strengthen the interface between clinical departments and charge improvement process.

Department Specific Job Details:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study required

Experience

3-5 years healthcare required

3-5 years charge master and health information management preferred

Skills

Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding classification systems required

EPIC Electronic Health Record required

EPIC CDM and Revenue Integrity certification within 9 months of employment
