As a product marketer, you will collaborate with teams to craft product messaging and positioning for target personas. You will develop go-to-market communications, creative assets, and sales materials for new products and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating to develop product positioning and messaging with product management and performance excellence teams for new product releases and enhancements.

  • Creating effective go-to-market communication, creative assets, and sales enablement for new product releases and enhancements.

  • Understanding the market environment and how other companies position their products.

  • Partnering with Senior Product Marketer to create and execute product release and enhancement communication for customers. Collaborating with product marketer to create promotions for retention and upselling with sales and accounts.

  • Monitoring effectiveness of, modify and optimize new customer onboarding email program

  • Partnering with performance excellence team to support new releases, trends or campaigns through product webinars.

  • Planning, executing, and measuring A/B tests where appropriate. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

  • Possess an education background in marketing or related field, or comparable related work experience

  • Have proven working experience in product marketing

  • Be able to work independently, and in a collegial team environment

  • Be able to identify use cases and create engaging messaging for various personas with creativity.

  • Have comfort using collaboration and CRM tools like MS Teams and Salesforce.

  • Have experience creating and updating sales enablement materials

  • Show proficiency in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Have analytical skills and thinking driven by data.
