About the Role

This role supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing.

Responsibilities:

  • Order orchestration & Fulfillment of Law360®, MLex® and CaseLex® Orders into CRM systems

  • Authorizing end user access to subscription product

  • Using business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.

  • Assisting Sales with Marketing campaigns based on product sales strategies.

  • Prepare Order confirmations based on order submission. Attention to detail is essential in this aspect.

  • Act as a liaison with other Segments/department on operational matters of mutual importance

  • Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders to assist with troubleshooting product access and/or billing inquiries

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience

  • High school diploma: Associate degree preferred

  • In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of products including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Familiarity with sales industry software (i.e Salesf) and client relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Knowledge of sales contracts and agreements.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach

  • Requires the ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement.
