About our Team

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, which serves customers in more than 150 countries with 11,300 employees worldwide, is part of RELX, a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers.You will manage the growing and successful Expert Research On Demand (EROD) business, responsible for Expert Witness reports and trial preparation services.

You will be responsible for managing growth, integration with other products, and development of new offerings, such as generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned segments

• Leading and managing a team of professionals to execute plans and achieve goals

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success

• Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Monitoring and reporting on segment performance metrics

Requirements

• Be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

• Have an education in business, marketing, or a related field at the undergraduate level.

• Possess extensive experience in segment leadership or related roles.

• Be able to effectively manage and lead a team of professionals

• Be able to develop and implement strategic plans for growth

• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Possess effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
