Summary CAE USA at Wright Patterson AFB, OH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage a leading edge research, engineering design and development team. CAE USA is a leader in advanced simulation and training technology development and training systems support for domestic and international military training. The Program Manager will join the Adaptive Technologies for Force Readiness (ATFR) leadership team to oversee operations, manage resource planning/forecasting, and contribute to the development of organizational strategy across various project/task orders, both internal and external. Will manage Projects Leads and Task Order Leads over a variety of Research and Development simulation testbeds at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and various deployed sites, in support of the US Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Performance Wing. This advanced-level program management position is responsible for managing highly complex and strategically essential proposals and programs Develops contracts' overarching vision and strategies to meet customers' needs and address issues within bounds of the contract Promotes vision and implements strategies via mentorship, guidance and direction to contractor force and coordination with customer Performs financial analysis including integration of financial planning and program/budget execution. Develops planning, programming, and budgeting documentation, including revised plans necessitated by development requirements or adverse budgetary decisions. Complete miscellaneous company program management requests for monthly, quarterly and annual overhead budget forecasts and reports. Prepare program development objectives and schedules for all phases of program development Responsible for managing assigned programs.
