Actalent Field Service Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan

Description:

Act as liaison with Controls group to coordinate all controls and FIS updates

Coordinate and manage updates to FIS extended properties for New Model Programs

Ensure FIS is aligned with each plant's simulation model.

Global FIS planning & costing support and coaching for other regions

Review and approve ACRs for FIS Applications

Review and approve all FIS pilots (reports, versions, etc.)

Lead quarterly FIS reviews with N.A. Plant ME Managers and FIS Administrators to share Specification changes, FIS Strategies, and collect plant feedback

Contribute and support the L2, L3, & FIS Strategy & Governance Meetings to provide assessment, needs, and wants for Final Assembly Engineering

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidate needs to know PLC's. RS LOGIX 5000

Needs to have some FIS experience. As a user is enough.

Networking and Tool reporting would be nice to have.

Experience setting up IO Monitoring in the past.

Experience with Constraint analysis.

Experience with Tooling for general assembly; glass cells, tire and wheel, fluid fills
