Develop new and existing Intellectual Property for applications use cases

Support TVM efforts with optics knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Headlamp optical expert for all global markets (NA, ECE, CCC)

• Headlamp performance (CR/NCAP/IIHS/JD Power) evaluations

• CAE Simulation for lighting (AVx/SPEOS/LucidShape/LucidDrive)

• Headlamp performance database reports

• Optics Reviews/HIR/FDJ signoffs & meeting minutes

• Pre-PS headlamp performance evaluations

• IIHS/CR correlation studies

• IIHS performance improvement – supplier support

• Develop Global beam panel eval tool for headlamp performance

• Develop and prove out new CAE test methods (thermal, airflow, IIHS, CIASI etc.) for Exterior Lighting

• Develop new and existing Intellectual Property for applications use cases

• Bachelors in Optical Engineering

You'll have...

Masters in Optical Engineering

Experience: minimum 1 internship in optical development

Specific Skills: Experience with at least 1 optical software package
