The Website Satisfaction Market Research Analyst will be the Global Consumer Insights lead for the Marketing Teams in Ford, Lincoln, and Ford Customer Service Division.

This role will be hybrid out of Deaborn, MI (relocation available).

What you'll do…

  • Lead the research planning, design, execution, analysis, and reporting of website and usability research across the company.

  • Ability to take business objectives and clearly outline research design and survey development.

  • Manage ad hoc website usability and satisfaction measurement research requests (white papers, deep dive analysis, special requests, etc.).

  • Manage research supplier partners to ensure research integrity, data quality, and survey development, while also negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

  • Analyze data, identify key actionable insights, and develop reporting/presentations with storytelling that deliver on research objectives.

  • Support business requests to understand usability/website satisfaction insights across focus audiences.

  • Present insights confidently to all levels of the business.

  • Utilize internal insight repository to organize and distribute key deliverables.

  • Manage annual budgets, project costs, and invoices.

  • Create, implement, and improve operational work processes related to the delivery of website usability and satisfaction insights.

  • Track research requests, approvals, and delivery on objectives.

  • Measurement processes, techniques, standards.

  • Manage the fulfillment of requests while optimizing utilization of resources.

  • Assist with digital advertising/media effectiveness research (i.e., brand lift research).

You will have…

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of marketing research experience in a business environment, including:

  • Working knowledge of market research principles — sampling, methods, analysis.

  • Experience with website satisfaction and usability research.

  • 2+ years of experience in SPSS/SAS.

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an ability to translate and communicate analytical research findings into actionable insights.

  • Experience with customer experience platforms (i.e., web-based dashboards).

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

  • Experience with transitioning data between different platforms.

  • Strong project leadership abilities.

  • Ability to formulate business problems into an appropriate research framework, interpret the analytic results, and translate the complex quantitative methods and results into easily understood products for all levels of business customers.

  • Ability to drive results and handle multiple projects within a given timeframe.

  • Demonstrated track record of project development, management, and implementation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team setting and manage workflow(s).

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments at the same time.

  • Proven capability to think systemically, strategically, and analytically while executing decisively.

  • Ability to integrate data and findings from other areas and present a holistic view of a position.

  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and negotiating skills with a can-do attitude and an ability to work well with internal Ford clients, advertising agencies, and research partners.

  • Data-driven, strategic thinker; results and customer-oriented.

  • Well-organized, independent, and ready to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to anticipate, quickly address, and make correct decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
