Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in Deer Valley, Arizona

Description

We are a leading manufacturing company in Deer Valley, AZ, seeking a contract Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle and a strong background in accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently in Oracle

  • Generate customer invoices and statements

  • Post and reconcile payments to customer accounts

  • Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers

  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues

  • Prepare and maintain AR reports and aging analysis

  • Assist with month-end closing procedures

  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on billing inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Provide support for audits and financial analysis as needed

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in the manufacturing industry

  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP software

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications

This is a contract position located in Deer Valley, AZ. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of receivables. The role is fully in-office.
