We are actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a manufacturing plant and equipment at the DeKalb, IL facility. You should be mechanically inclined, with expertise in repairing and maintaining building, industrial, and/or manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor all assets for proper operation and mechanical condition, supervising inspection results and implementing necessary actions.

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in a safe and professional manner.

• Maintain a detailed equipment log documenting all repairs, inspections, and their outcomes.

• Conduct the plant's preventative maintenance program in accordance with program requirements.

• Assist in the installation of new or upgraded projects.

• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts when required.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilating, electrical, and machinery maintenance.

• Equivalent of 1-3 years of trade school.

• 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance field.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
