We are looking for a highly driven and experienced:

FAIR Data Manager and Digital Upskilling Coordinator

to join our newly formed FAIR Data Management team. You will be responsible for driving the digital upskilling of our Science and Research organization, promoting a FAIR culture, building a FAIR community, and developing and implementing FAIR metrics.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and promote a FAIR culture within the Science & Research.

  • Build and maintain a FAIR and Good Data Management Community.

  • Set up and lead a Data Stewardship Networks.

  • Develop and implement a FAIR Digital Upskilling Framework and support the delivery of training programs.

  • Design and implement FAIR metrics to measure the impact of the FAIR data transformation.

  • Develop and implement a FAIR Communication Strategy within and beyond Science and Research.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall Data Management Strategy.

  • Provide project management support and organize and lead workshops, FAIR events, and coaching sessions.

  • Connect with external organizations and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FAIR and digital upskilling.

  • Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 76.594 to € 109.420 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

    You Bring 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Leadership, Data Science or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in change management and digital upskilling or related field.

  • Strong understanding of FAIR principles and their application in data management.

  • Experience in supporting the development and delivery of training programs would be advantageous.

  • Strong project management experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
