Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Logistics Global Business Manager in Delhi, India

You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to oversee the business performance + customer experience of our customers at a national/global level, improving retention + driving growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities

You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• To be the key contact point for customers ensuring a thorough understanding of their strategy + direction.

• To manage the Profit + Loss of our customers while supporting their growth plans.

• To establish + implement account plans, focusing on retention + growth.

• To ensure contractual deliverables for our customers such as savings.

• To be the strategic partner of our customers, ensuring continuous improvement with the use of data.

• To prepare + conduct regular reviews with customers.

• To be the escalation point for customers regarding non-compliance with Service Level Agreements/Standard Operating Procedures.

• To set goals for dedicated or shared teams to ensure we deliver as per customers’ requirements.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum 8 years of Experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of Integrated Logistics / 4PL market.

• MBA from a premiere institute would be preferred.

• Experience of Customer & Team management.

• Good financial acumen.

• Excellent communication skills.
