salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and process payment batches.
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
Review and process employee expense reports.
Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with policies.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Generate AP reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of AP or related experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
