The Administrative Assistant is a full time, in office position at our Greenwood Village Office off I-25 and Arapahoe Road.

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle a variety of tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Compose, edit, and prepare various correspondence, documents, and reports, including spreadsheets, graphs, and charts.

  • Drive to meet providers, coordinate equipment delivery, and various other tasks throughout the Denver metro area and to northern or southern Colorado when needed.

  • Support our team with administrative needs such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and organizing meeting minutes.

  • Independently prioritize daily tasks and goals communicated by multiple parties.

  • Handle daily responsibilities including opening, sorting, and scanning mail.

  • Proofread and edit a variety of letters, reports, and correspondence for format, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and arrangement of attachments and appendices.

  • Ability to function at a high level of efficiency without constant supervision.

  • Assisting team with various projects and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • High level of professionalism in appearance, behavior, and communication.

  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and goals set or communicated by multiple parties.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Proficient in navigating the internet

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Google Suite preferred.

  • Ability to operate a variety of standard office machines.

  • Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work independently in a high pace environment.
