We need an energetic and driven Nurse to become part of our cutting-edge virtual healthcare solution. As a crucial member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Patient Advocates, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to optimize patient flow and coordinate patient care effectively. By working alongside our advanced practice providers, you will have a key role in developing personalized and impactful treatment plans for our patients.
We are looking for candidates who are interesting in working either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday supporting.
Candidates must live in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Missouri or Pennsylvania to be considered.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and professional patient care, while also offering essential support and educational resources to patients
Efficiently communicate with patients, ensuring that all their questions and concerns are addressed with empathy
Perform thorough virtual assessments and confidently provides guidance, utilizing your extensive experience and knowledge as an RN
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and understand patient needs to effectively triage situations
Display autonomy in decision-making within the scope of practice
Show confidence in applying innovative thinking to resolve patient concerns
Possess a strong command of technology and the ability to inspire and educate patients on health-related issues and concerns
Effectively document clinical notes and needs to support referrals to outside speciality providers and durable medical equipment (DME)
Motivates and empowers patients to follow through on their health goals.
Requirements
Hold an active and unrestricted Compact Nursing License.
Has a minimum 5 years' nursing experience in a primary care, internal medicine, or family practice setting
Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and the ability to confidently assess, prioritize, and collaborate with providers on a plan of care for our patients
Showcase outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Savvy with technology and ability learn new systems quickly
Have the confidence to autonomously make decisions within the scope of practice
Previous experience with health and wellness coaching strongly preferred
Bilingual in Spanish/English - preferred

Pay Rate is $70,000 to $90,000 - depending on experience
