If so, here is good news for you! Auto Glass Now is currently seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. This is a Full-Time opportunity where you can showcase your communication skills and join our growing team!
The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a positive, determined attitude throughout the workday.
Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices re: work on customer vehicles
Answer phones and return customer calls
Provide excellent customer service
Assist Manager with daily parts returns
Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
Open new accounts and service existing accounts

At least 1+ year experience in a call center/ phones
At least 1+ year experience in retail/sales, or other customer service environment (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to multitask and stay efficient
High School Diploma (or GED required)
Team Player
Bilingual (requested but not required)
