At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $68,000 and $71,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.
- Administer customer rebate and fixed price programs, ensuring pricing and billing accuracy and timeliness of the invoicing process. -
- Calculate monthly rebates, incentive payment amortization, broker payments, and international fees. Coordinate all rebate payments sent to customers and accurately track and reconcile accruals and payments.
- Complete accurate, timely, and meaningful account reconciliations monthly.
- Interface with external auditors and maintain ASC 606 Contract Documentation.
- Generate reporting around invoicing metrics and assist in executing pricing audits.
- Oversee the overall invoicing process including daily invoice posting, end-to-end oversight, and billing block root cause and resolution.
- Ensure quote and billing accuracy throughout the end-to-end quote to cash process.
- Review pricing set-ups across the customer base, identifying discrepancies and proposing standardization and simplification.
- Contribute to company-wide efforts to educate employees on pricing best practices and support revenue reporting.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): * - Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance or relevant discipline. - * 1-3 years of relevant working experience. * The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
