Within our Ascent team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Sales Manager - Ascent to drive our organization to greater levels of growth and success! Ascent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leprino Foods Company, the worlds largest producer of mozzarella cheese.
At Leprino Foods starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $106,000 and $128,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 12%.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region and channels.
Identify and secure retail account opportunities within the region, ensuring successful activation and ongoing growth.
Collaborate with broker partners to promote and sell the Ascent brand, maintaining strong brand equity.
Manage trade budgets, strategically investing to maximize ROI for the brand.
Build and lead processes to enhance the capabilities of broker partners and grow the teams proficiency.
Evaluate new opportunities to expand Ascents capabilities at retail, from broker and distributor partnerships to in-store tools.
Manage customer forecasting and partner with supply chain to deliver world-class service level
Provide leadership within the multi-functional Ascent leadership team, guiding and supporting team members.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field.
6+ years of sales experience, preferably in CPG, sports nutrition, or fitness industry.
The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in Business Management or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with SAP.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring employees.
