Robert Half Sr. Accountant in Denver, Colorado

Description

My client is an Architectural firm headquartered in Downtown Denver looking for their next Sr Accountant! This Sr Accountant position offers a long term hybrid schedule, a VERY generous 401K contribution, and pays up to $90K + bonus!

Job duties for the Sr Accountant include:

  • Preparing month and year end financial statements

  • Processing and reconciling expense reports

  • Bank account reconciliations

  • Assisting with annual audit and tax filings

  • Preparing monthly general ledger entries, to include reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

  • Processing AP checks, and ACH payments

  • Assisting with budget preparation and budget projection reports

Requirements

Requirements for the Sr Accountant include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

  • CPA is nice to have

  • 7+ years of full cycle accounting experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience working with a large ERP system (bonus points for Dynamics 365 or Sage)

  • Experience with system implementation is nice to have

  • Accounting experience within the construction, architecture, manufacturing, or engineering field is nice to have
