Cassia Care Attendant in Des Moines, Iowa
Join our fun loving team at Valley View Village Assisted Living as a Full-Time Care Attendant. Our building is conveniently located in a park-like setting on Des Moines’ East side, near shopping centers, hospitals, medical providers and I-235. We're offering a $2,500 bonus.
There are Full-Time positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.
Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
FT is eligible for a $2,500 bonus.

What does a Care Attendant do?
Provide residents with desired services in a caring, safe and timely manner.
Provide redirection, reassurance, emotional and psychological support to residents and family members.
Assist residents with personal care with dignity and grace.
Document services performed on computerized charting system.
Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Care Attendant require?
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Clear documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
