About the Role

We are looking for a person who is passionate about new challenges with the aim of leading the CRM & Marketing Automation department. This is a profile with a keen interest in optimizing business processes, designing campaigns, creating journeys, analyzing databases, and being very versatile.

The role is divided into three areas:

  • CRM and activation: Consulting to help our clients both from the strategic implementation point of view and from the analysis and activation point of view.

  • Team management, leadership and growth.

  • Sales: Strong skills in creating proposals and presenting them.

    What we need

  • Experience in Marketo.

  • Other tools: Salesforce, Odoo,  Eloqua, Watson Marketing Automation, SALESmanago or Zoho Campaigns.

  • Experience on the consulting side in the implementation of CRMs in clients.

  • Experience managing teams.

  • Analytical skills: identification of insights and transferring them to generate value for the business

  • In-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, its players and technologies.

  • Strong skills in creating proposals and presenting them

  • Creative thinking.

    What you will do

    You will lead our CRM and Marketing Automation department and your main functions will be:

  • Team management, leadership and growth.

  • Consulting for the implementation of CRM and/or marketing automation solutions.

  • Identify the needs and detect the areas of improvement of the clients, that the automation of marketing actions can solve, and what should be the process to follow to obtain the expected results.

  • Analysis and detection of customer segments to carry out marketing automation actions to achieve greater value from them.

  • Execute campaigns with different marketing automation tools for customer acquisition, retention and penetration, in collaboration with each of the categories, which will boost both sales growth and customer value.

  • Define specific KPIs for each campaign and monitor them, to optimize actions and new approaches more adjusted to the needs.

  • Analyze the behavior of each campaign to identify insights and trends that guide the process and improve the impact on the business.

  • Construction of the customer journey, lead nurturing, lead scoring, briefing, workflows and triggers

  • Configuration, parameterization and testing of the tool to use

  • Definition of the customer data model and campaign strategy

  • Planning, design, development, launch and analysis of email marketing campaigns.

  • Email segmentation, A/B testing and personalization.

  • Management and treatment of landings for email marketing campaigns.

    Monitoring and analysis: Definition of KPIs, analytical reports, efficiency reports, improvement reports and automation.
