Responsibilities: Stakeholder management: Communicate to stakeholders (cross-functional teams/leaders) prioritization of SEO projects, level of impact vs. effort and prioritization. Help connect SEO KPIs with department goals and V2MOMs. Technical SEO: Support on international SEO with hreflang and technical audits on a domain and/or subdomain level. Work with the engineering team to identify scalable solutions and improvements. Convey the risks and opportunities from a technical SEO perspective. Web Migration: Support full CMS and subdomain migrations within Salesforce. Provide SEO consulting, benchmarking and auditing along the way. Guide migration decisions applying real-time data and surfacing insights for unified website experience strategy. SEO-SEM: Support dashboard creation as well as holistic search strategies that help improve overall search presence. Monitor performance for holistic search, communicate with SEM team and provide SEO perspective to help cover gaps.
