We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Business Operations

• Financial flow overview – input expenses, keep track of monthly budget, manage ad-hoc payments.

• Support product launches end to end – trade presentation and listing kits.

• Manage internal product tastings and samples procedure for internal and external needs.

Activations management

• Support in implementation of agreed brand activity plan (social media content overview, materials translation, asset adaptation/creation, legal aspects of consumer campaigns)

• Support in development and implementation of brand events, both internal and external

• Manage tasks through good relations with the brand agencies (media, creative, BTL)

Market understanding and reporting.

• Gather and centralize information and feedback from sales team.

• Aware of and provides insights on local market trends especially those visible in digital/in-store.

• Participates, at least once a trimester, to a market visit and reports back findings.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbally

• MS Office – medium knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel

• Basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing concepts

• Good organization and prioritization skills

• Proactivity, eager to learn, adaptability.

• Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in similar role or multinational company is preferred.
