With an ambitious growth strategy, the road ahead is exciting and to support us with that growth we are looking for a Head of HR Service Delivery to join our HR Leadership Team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will:

  • Lead and engage the HR Service Delivery and Payroll teams to provide a great service which establishes and delivers process improvements, driving efficiency and automation.

  • Develop and nurture relationships within the UK and with our US parent creating two-way education and partnerships.

  • Gather data, using tableau and other tools, drawing analysis and insights and presenting the findings in a compelling way.

  • Be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the broader HR projects.

  • Be responsible for HR Risk Compliance, including SMCR and LRTW requirements.

Those that are successful in this role are typically an experienced Head of HR Service Delivery, Head of HR Operations or Head of HR Shared Services and in return we offer:
