12 UX Design Consultant

Hybrid – 2 days a week in Dorking office

Or Dorking/Basingstoke hybrid

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Unum UK are recruiting a UX Design Consultant to spearhead the evolution of user experiences.

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the development and execution of a cutting-edge UX strategy aligned seamlessly with Unum UK's business goals and user needs. Your expertise will establish and enforce top-notch UX design standards and conduct regular audits to ensure consistently user-friendly experiences.

Be the driving force behind implementing accessibility standards for digital platforms, overseeing user behaviour research, and seamlessly collaborating with teams to craft awe-inspiring wireframes and prototypes. Optimize conversion paths and ensure captivating content that aligns perfectly with marketing messages on digital platforms.

But that's not all! Your exceptional user interface and experience design skills, coupled with a profound understanding of user-centered designs and principles, make you the ideal candidate. Your keen eye for subtle details sets you apart in this brand new role within a pioneering team. As a self-starter and detail-oriented professional, you'll bring passion for all things UX and an unwavering commitment to design and innovation.
