Insight Global Customer Implementation PM in Douglasville, Georgia

Job Description

An employer is seeking a Customer Implementation PM to sit in Douglasville, VA. This person will be responsible for all customer orders post-signings. The team works closely with the sales organization to implement solutions defined on sales orders. Once the implementation is complete, this team is responsible for transitioning the process to the company's support organization and the customer success team so that the solutions delivered to the customer can be supported, and the relationship can be maintained. This position works closely with the sales organization, operations team, provisioning team, network engineering, and infrastructure teams. This role is primarily project focused with a goal on scalable and efficient results; time management, project execution, and managing project risk are a must.

A strong combination of project management, understanding and implementing technical solutions, excellent communication and documentation skills is vital to the success in this role.

Skills and Requirements

-Around 5 years of Product Management experience

-Recent PM experience in either the telecom industry or in a Data Center Environment

-PMP Certified (highly preferred)

-ServiceNow or Salesforce experience

-Great communication skills, must have the ability to present to Customers and Stakeholders -Bachelors Degree in a related Field null
