The Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency. This role will use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to fine-tune our business processes. The goal is to make operations quicker and more efficient, while maintaining high quality standards for our sellers.

About Team: Process Improvement

We, the Process improvement team, are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to Walmart Seller Support business processes. We are committed to driving continuous advancement for Walmart Support operations teams by streamlining seller contacts and improving seller experiences on Walmart.com. Our role involves identifying potential areas of improvement, conducting thorough analysis and implementing strategic upgrades. We are dedicated to overseeing and improving the performance of related processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our Seller Support operations.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, partner with cross-functional teams, benchmark with industry standards to evaluate current processes, and identify areas for improvement

  • Conduct data analyses, use findings to develop process improvement plans and business solutions, strongly backed by data, to drive efficiency

  • Communicate analyses and findings with senior leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for updating existing processes and launching new processes.

  • Drive and influence the execution of business solutions by communicating project plans to all stakeholders involved, establishing performance standards, clarifying business priorities, providing clarity of information/data, and measuring project progress

  • Update and maintain documentation on all process improvements and process performance.

  • Support continuous improvement culture by providing training and coaching to team members on process optimization

What you'll bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong working Knowledge in MS Excel or any data analysis Software

  • At least one year experience in contact center/marketplace, or as an analyst in any domain

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean methodologies).

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
