Service Support Representative - German and Dutch

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in the medical device industry? Join our team as a Field Service Engineer and receive in-depth training on our anatomical pathology portfolio to become an expert. As a new member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn about our cutting-edge analytical instruments. If you are skilled in diagnostics, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Location: Nuremberg-Region (and Bavaria)

What you will do:

  • Perform all pre-planned and ad-hoc Service activities in line with internal procedures and customer regulations.

  • Provide responsive telephone support and diagnostics as well as on-site Services.

  • Provide VDE 0701/0702 safety testing’s at customer devices with proper documentation.

  • Optimize your working schedule and manage technical escalations.

  • Actively promoting our contract products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional background/qualification in Electronics/Engineering or related subjects.

  • 3-5 years’ Field experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent devices.

  • Willingness to travel to the UK for training opportunities.

  • Excellent German and very good English skills, both verbal and written.

  • Clean Driving License.
