About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Bell Attendant to join the Concierge team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • To collect luggage from guest rooms within 10 minutes of receiving request.

  • To deliver luggage to guest rooms within 10 minutes of the guest checking in.

  • To escort guests to rooms as and when required.

  • To keep the lobby and toilets clean and tidy at all times.

  • To man the front doors and front entrance as required when the lobby is busy and as request by the Night Manager/management.

  • To collect and deliver cars to and from the garage as required.

  • To deliver faxes, messages and parcels to guestrooms as and when requested.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality or guest service-related work.

  • Business proficiency in English

  • Knowledge of additional language
