Amazon is looking for a Program Manager in GCC to lead our Deals and Events planning for Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa.

The role will be focusing on managing internal stakeholder activities and efficiency improvement by establishing new processes. The role also entails cross-functional partnerships with marketing teams, in-stock, and finance. The role requires an understanding of promotional activities in the locales along with the ability to identify opportunities in the space.

Key job responsibilities

1) Deal upload process management working with product teams to ensure the right tools are in place

2) Deals and Events seamless execution by putting in processes and trainings with the vendor managements teams

3) Analyze Events and Sales data and learnings to continuously improve the program

4) Work with key stakeholders to ensure the datapoints and inputs they require are in place.

5) Support in GCC Event reviews and planning

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
