Support all DHE Group commercial teams to provide complex advice in relation to the post holder’s area of legal expertise, including but not limited to commercial, corporate, litigation, leisure & entertainment, development and IP. The post holder may be asked to provide advice in relation to labor law issues and real estate (both sales and leasing) and or transactional matters from time to time.
Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Supervisor - Technical Services at Motiongate Park part of Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Key Responsibilities
Maximise THRC for all equipment within the parks
Continually liaise with the manufacturers and vendors to ensure all the equipment are fully operational
Effective planning/preventive maintenance, annual testing and other programs are thoroughly carried out.
Will always remain pro-active towards making any necessary adjustments, ordering spare parts and identifying any problematic equipment.
Liaise with the teams for any quick services required under maintenance for rides and attractions.
Efficiently manage the Technical reporting system to ensure reports are generated in accordance with the timelines required and provide accurate and necessary information to optimise efficiency and revenue generation.
Manage the recruitment, training and induction programs for the Technical Service team ensuring all members of staff are competently trained in accordance with the theme-parks standard requirements.
Compile the budgets and staff schedules for the Technical Service team in a way which will maximise operational effectiveness and minimise cost.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
A registered technical Diploma or Degree in engineering
Electrical / Mechanical worker licences or certificates of training
7+ years equivalent experience in leading a team
