Google Customer Onboarding Strategist, Global Customer Solutions (French, English) in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Candidates will typically have 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

  • Experience meeting B2B business goals.

  • Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating across different teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing)

  • Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.

  • Ability to reach out to customers, and assisting them in adding value to their business.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to be proactive, independent, and lead, motivate, and work well with others.

  • Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.

  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals and work towards mutual business objectives.

  • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products.

  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
