Google New Business Sales Principal, Apps in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Candidates will typically have 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree

  • Typically 4 years of experience within the apps industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment

  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience planning and delivering compelling proposals and media plans with effective communication and influencing skills

  • Experience in leading a team plan and coaching team members

  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management

  • Understanding of campaign measurement and tracking within the apps space

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment

  • Ability to communicate in Turkish or Arabic fluently to support client

relationship management in this region

  • Play a big role in strategic partnerships across other Google teams (App Dev, Agency, LCS, RSO) to succeed in app specialization. Design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-­term success.

  • Build a pipeline of app business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new app clients. Acquire high value app business agreements through outbound prospecting and closing with a business focused target.

  • Consult with clients to achieve online marketing and business goals. Utilize the full suite of Google’s apps marketing solutions (including but not limited to UAC).

  • Deliver consistently against strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.

  • Uplift team performance by building a compressive team plan. Ramp and train new app team members in the early stages and being a leading edge seller.
