Google Operations Manager, Safe Revenue, Trust and Safety in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Candidates will typically have 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields

  • Experience in digital content moderation and reviewing online content

  • Experience in fraud investigations and policy enforcement operations of digital content

  • Experience in building robust operations, workflow design, and process documentation in a Trust and Safety environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge in data analysis, complex problem-solving, and efficient execution

  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally across various levels

  • Track record of proactively improving processes and effective problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and take informed risks to drive more effective, efficient, and systemic solutions

  • Manage operations for review and enforcement strategies applicable to Google Play’s Payments policies.

  • Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.

  • Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute, and iteratively improve enforcement operations.

  • Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders to improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across T&S and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Legal.
