The Role
Ideation and develop and execute comprehensive insurance strategies for property portfolios.
Promptly provides tactical solutions to address emerging risks and challenges.
Collaborate with clients and/or colleagues to understand clients' evolving risk landscape.
Drive innovation in insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members through training programs.
Control & maintenance of underwriting guidelines.
Requirements:
Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
Proven leadership experience in General Commercial Insurance, Property Insurance or related field.
All-Inclusive strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Deep understanding of the insurance industry and market trends.
