Review quality samples agreed upon by the client and AccenturePerform analysis on quality trends and flag quality related risks to the project leadershipProvide feedback to sales reps to follow approved guidelines, procedures, processes in a consistent wayConduct root cause and other data analysisAct as liaison with Managers and Sales Managers to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operationBe proactive and suggest improvements that drive individual and team resultsParticipate as project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projectsProvide QA progress reports to Quality LeadConduct QA evaluations per client requirementsConduct coaching sessions and training refreshers as requiredAnalyze Satisfaction Survey results recommend improvement effortsAct as Subject Matter Expert SME for QA evaluationsContribute to the QA Team s development and share knowledge within the teamAdminister the QA issue repository and ensure all escalations are properly addressedAD hoc QA projects as required
Language proficiency in English and german.Experience in Salesforce or other CRM toolsTech savvy with an affinity for emerging technology, particularly online marketing technology and ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the top verticals, Pinterest products, and key trendsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency with Google s G suite collaboration and presentation toolsGood interpersonal skill client interfacingPreferred skills, Qualifications and ExperiencePreferred at least 1 year of experience in a Quality focused roleReporting skillsPeople Development Feedback Coaching
