We are looking for a Senior Geospatial Consultant to be based in Dublin, reporting to our Irish Geospatial Lead. This role is to directly support a key local client in the transport sector, and you will work with them in their office twice a week, with the remaining time split between home working and the Jacobs office.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • A confident and well-rounded consultant, experienced in delivering GIS projects in a fast-paced environment directly to an external client

  • Experience managing a SQL database

  • Expert user of ArcGIS Pro software and extensions

  • Excellent data management and quality assurance skills

  • Experience working with Public Transport data

  • Experienced in use of ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online, including the administration of accounts

  • Experience writing code in Python and/or SQL for data processing

  • Exposure to Web-based GIS technologies programming languages and software development
