The successful candidate will be well organized and data-driven, showing strong initiative and ability to lead in fast-paced and constantly changing environments. This role will be part of the Product & Industries team and own the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of IaaS and PaaS deployment models and services on OCI specifically focused on sovereignty.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of Sovereign Cloud involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

  • Knowledgeable of sovereign regulatory practices and trends in the European Union.

  • Driving the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of IaaS and PaaS deployment models and services on OCI specifically focused on sovereignty.

  • Working with cross-functional colleagues and technical advisors to identify and analyze sovereignty trends and data that influences OCI’s strategic sovereign cloud approach.

  • Defining critical product scope and plans and driving cross-Oracle execution.

  • Working independently on exceptionally complex, critical sovereignty products that spans OCI’s IaaS and PaaS services, and interoperability with SaaS services, that affect long-term business goals while effectively documenting and communicating plans to stakeholders.

  • Translating customer sovereignty needs into cloud products and services.

  • Driving product roadmaps based on metrics and data analysis and mitigating critical product risks.

  • Improving the Product & Industries team by serving as a role model for sovereign product ownership, strategic vision, mentoring, and team culture.
