Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and interact daily with other supervisors. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all employees understand and execute safety, environmental, and quality policies. You will supervise the daily maintenance of equipment and machinery, provide guidance for preventative maintenance and equipment repair, and place orders for necessary repair materials. Additionally, you will analyze equipment failures to prevent future issues, assist with upgrades to plant infrastructure, and contribute to capital expenditure planning. You will also be responsible for electromechanical repairs and training maintenance technicians.
