Labcorp is seeking a Salesforce Conga CPQ Functional Consultant to join our enterprise systems division supporting our Conga CLM & CPQ applications within our Salesforce platform. This position will work closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure improved business processes and drive project efficiency.

Responsibilities

• This position is within the Enterprise Systems supporting the Conga CLM & CPQ application within Salesforce platform. This role will provide Conga(Apttus) product specific functional views/ideas to solve business problems for a CPQ application that will drive more than a billion dollars of revenue.

• Solicit and collect feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to help define business requirements for new project releases.

• Helping the project manager define success criteria, scope, schedules, and deliverables for the engagement.

• Collaborate with counterparts in IT (project, development) and Business to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents

Core Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience working on ERP/SaaS product implementations specific to Quote-to-Cash.

• Understanding of CPQ/CLM functionalities and product capabilities to drive and enable business decisions

• Deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process and over associated processes

• Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce / Siebel)

• Exposure to database, and object oriented software technologies, and Salesforce / force.com will be a plus

• Strong Functional, Analytical and Problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks

Certifications

• Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1/Level 2 Certification is a PLUS
