Job Description:

  • Establishing team oriented work environment that values diversity, inclusion, belonging, performance and talent development.

  • Responsible for developing, delivering and oversight of leasing strategies, initiatives and activities for the organization with the goal of standardization of leasing practices, and optimization of the organization’s +2,000 leased portfolio.

  • Develop and oversee real estate leasing processes including obtaining business requirements, identifying Scope of Work, establishing budgets, creating and coordinating deliverables, establishing and tracking metrics and reporting progress to goals, targets and objectives in support of and aligned with the organization mission and strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the financial and operational leasing program and activities.

  • Track, drive and influence short and long-term planning initiatives in partnership with business leaders and other key stakeholders.

  • Develop and deliver compelling recommendations and proposals for executive buy-in and support; focused on data driven insights, customer experience, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Identify and monitor market, financial and business trends, metrics and intelligence within the portfolio and influence data driven decisions.

  • Partner with function leaders to secure project scope, timelines, budgets and funding for all capital projects.

  • Drive core project/programs related to M&A leasing execution including diligence, integration planning and performance management.

  • Build and develop relationships and stakeholder engagement across the organization to elevate Labcorp brand and customer experience within our facilities.

  • Influence strategic agenda by being an objective thought partner and advisor to business leaders.

  • Cultivate and leverage relationships to better understand business needs and priorities across multiple lines of the business influencing processes, outcomes, and change.

  • Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring

  • Strategic thinking, influential, lead transformation, change leader, great communicator at all levels

  • Exemplary interpersonal capabilities and ability to influence individuals, team, processes and outcomes

  • Sharp presentation skills, meeting facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, decision makes and collaboration ease

  • This position requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate portfolio.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 10Years of progressive experience real estate management/planning/facility management

  • 7 + Years of commercial leasing transaction experience

  • 5 + Years in real estate or facilities leadership role

Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture or Facilities related discipline

Minimum Travel Required:

  • 25% National Travel throughout US
