Job Description Summary
In this role you will analyze customer requirements, design solutions, form cross-functional teams, drive integration solutions to closure and support and maintain along the full life-cycle of our Digital solutions and establishing a trusted partnership with both our external customers and internal teams. You will collaborate with our customer excellence and delivery excellence teams as well as commercial and service teams in the business unit. You will be part of the PoE (pool of experts) Design & Build group in Europe.
The role is homebased or office based, we are completely flexible on this!

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with implementation teams to ensure Interfaces are delivered using Customer preferred Integration Engines or other solutions to receive and process HL7, DICOM, XDS, etc. messages and modality worklist
Design, build and test interfaces
Work directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflow and interface environment
Continuously strive to improve Customer System Integration processes by utilizing Customer Tools and Methodologies
Develop and improve interface tools, products, process, and services offerings
Work directly with cross-functional organizations and suppliers to take the interface for Customer Products to the next level of performance and functionality
Required to multitask owning multiple projects lasting 1 day – 1 year in duration
Work with peers to identify/resolve customer satisfaction issues related to integrations
Engage with customer cross Europe to provide consulting and integration services as needed
Work to solve incidents and problems related to existing customer environments.
Work with other members of the PoE Design & Build group across Europe for knowledge sharing
Follow the processes for project delivery according to PoE Design & Build approach
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and relevant experience in Software Engineering or equivalent
Demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, and in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated working knowledge with databases
Experience in Healthcare IT technologies, either Imaging (PACS, RIS...) or clinical systems (EMR,EHR,..), standards (IHE profiles, DICOM, HL7..), workflows and healthcare environment
Travelling required from 10% to 30%
Ability to work remotely when required
Fluent in local language and English
Desired Characteristics
Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels
Working knowledge of clinical/radiology workflow
Experience with the Orion Rhapsody or Cloverleaf Interface Engine
Experience working with SQL, Java, VB, TCL, ORACLE, Unix, Vbscript
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
