About the Role The Product Support Representative will speak to our customers about and educate users on our legal task software products, including our newest product, CoCounsel, help troubleshoot problems with customers' accounts, assist in the trial process, and support our sales and success teams. We are looking for someone with SaaS experience (legal industry is preferred), a person who is organized, has time management skills, great written & verbal communication skills and loves to problem-solve. Note: This is an inside sales hybrid role (mix of working 2 days 'in-office' and 3 days from home/remote each week) that can be based in any of these corporate Hub office locations: Ann Arbor, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Dallas/Carrollton. More About the Role In this opportunity, you will: Speak with customers via live chat, phone, and email to help them with questions regarding their account and billing, diagnose and treat issues related to product usage, and serve as the first point of contact for matters concerning content and software features Speak to leads and existing customers about the benefits and use-cases of ourproducts to promote adoption or enhance usage Assist in the maintenance of internal knowledge bases to ease internal education Support our sales team during sales Work with our success team to quickly and efficiently onboard new clients About You You may be a fit for the role if you have/are: You have strong communication skills & can explain complicated issues. If you do not have prior legal experience, you are interested in learning about the law - our customers are attorneys, and you will learn about what attorneys need for their practices and businesses in this role. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $67,200 - $124,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
